Products & services
VeloTok is a model API gateway for developers and teams. Let intelligence flow freely, without being locked to one model, vendor or doorway.
Model API access
Explore, choose and manage model access through one entrance. Available models, API compatibility, quotas, rate limits and supported regions depend on published plans and activation instructions. API access is not an official consumer membership or subscription from a model vendor.
Getting started
Read the service scope and policies, register with your email and complete verification, then sign in to manage your account and activated services. Availability follows the live catalog. While checkout is unavailable, this website does not collect payment or promise automatic activation.
Clear pricing
The Chinese catalog primarily displays CNY prices; the English catalog displays USD prices. Each currency is priced separately, not converted at a live exchange rate. An order retains its original amount and currency.
Optional network access
Network connectivity is a supplementary service, not a universal prerequisite for model APIs. Confirm regions, device support and restrictions before activation. Illegal activity, attacks, spam and infringement are not permitted.
Service boundaries
VeloTok does not represent third-party model vendors. Upstream services may change, rate-limit or become unavailable. Model output can be inaccurate and is not a substitute for professional judgment. Do not submit personal data you lack authority to process, trade secrets or sensitive credentials.
Business operations, content and customer care
Begin with one frequent task that people can review: meeting notes, document summaries, content drafts or suggested customer replies. Define acceptance criteria before comparing review time and model-call costs. Models assist people; they do not make customer commitments on your behalf.
Integration checklist for developers and product teams
Prepare your use case, sanitized test samples and expected request volume. After activation, follow the instructions for your endpoint, access key and model identifier, then send a minimal request and inspect the response. Keep keys in server-side secret configuration, not browser code, public repositories or screenshots. Test authentication failures, rate limits and timeouts before increasing traffic.
Model evaluation and rollout
Compare quality, latency and usage costs with the same sample set, recording model and configuration versions. Arrange human review for important output. Rerun samples when changing models rather than assuming identical parameters or response formats. Before rollout, check log sanitization, budgets, limits and failure handling.
Cross-border commerce examples
Product content: turn verified materials, dimensions and uses into multilingual drafts, checking facts and restricted claims. Customer care: prepare replies based on store policies, with people approving refund, after-sales and timing commitments. Business preparation: summarize authorized material without submitting complete customer identities, payment details or store credentials. Merchants remain responsible for publishing and compliance on marketplaces such as Amazon.
Understanding tokens, allowances and cost
Tokens are not request counts. Longer inputs or answers use more processing units. Models, caching, input and output may have different rates; check the published rules. Budget using expected request volume, average input and output length and applicable rates, allowing for testing and retries. A monthly plan does not imply unlimited calls, and one test request is not a fixed price for every task.
Choosing plans and discussing business requirements
For a first integration, validate compatibility and results. For recurring usage, review daily volume, peaks and the service term. For a business engagement, prepare scope, budget, data requirements, contacts and acceptance criteria. Specific service levels, dedicated support or data residency need separate confirmation. Network connectivity is optional, not a prerequisite for every model service.
Troubleshooting and support details
For authentication failures, check the key, permissions, endpoint and service status. For rate limits, reduce concurrency and follow the response guidance. Avoid indefinite timeout retries. Send support the time, time zone, model identifier, error code, sanitized request reference and steps already tried. Never send complete keys, passwords, verification codes or sensitive input.
