This policy describes information handling for VeloTok website accounts and service use. Material changes to the service or its data practices will be reflected here. Use the contact page for privacy questions and requests.
What we process and why
Registration requires an email address and password authentication data. Username and phone number are optional. We process verification state, login sessions, security rate-limit records, organization membership and service-related order and entitlement records to provide accounts, security and support. Passwords are hashed; verification codes are hashed and short-lived. Never send passwords or API keys to support.
Cookies and local storage
Authentication cookies maintain your session. Language and theme preferences may be stored in cookies or local storage. Cloudflare anti-bot components may process device and network signals to prevent abuse. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in.
Email and third-party processing
Account verification and password recovery messages are sent through Amazon SES. Model API requests must be processed by the relevant model provider. Provider retention and use policies can differ and should be checked before use. We do not make a blanket promise of zero logs, no training use or processing within a single country. Support channels and third-party sign-in have their own terms when enabled.
Retention, security and deletion
Account, service and security records are retained as needed to provide services, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion; identity verification may be required. Deletion may not immediately remove rotating backups or records that must legally be retained. Access controls and transport protection reduce risk, but no system is absolutely secure.
Your choices
You may stop using the service, change browser preferences or submit a privacy request. Necessary account security messages are separate from marketing messages. Registration alone does not opt you into marketing. You must have authority to process personal data concerning others.
